Do I need to create an account to place a bid or an order?

You do not, but we highly recommend that you do.

Why should I create an account?

You can still place a bid or buy an item, but we really recommend that you create an account on Botanical Bazar. By creating an account, you get access to a dashboard where you can see your order history as well as status. You can also receive important order/auction notifications. This is especially useful if we try to contact you via email and the email ends up in junk, for example.

How do I create an account?

What if I forgot my password?

You can reset it by clicking on “login” and then “reset password”. You will then receive an email which will tell you the steps to reset your password.

Can I delete my account?

Yes you can. Please go to “My account,” click on “Delete my account,” and then follow the steps.

What is The Society?

The Society of Botanical Bazar is an exclusive group of invitees who get access to our most premium plant auctions. They also get access to what we call, “First Pick,” which means that they get to be amongst the first group of people who get to see, and bid or buy our newest Plant Arrivals.

What if I need to modify my order?

Since we only sell plants that are exactly as shown in the pictures, we normally do not offer order modifications. However, in some cases, if you decide you want to purchase another plant (with the same value or higher), please contact us by Thursday 9pm EST, the week before we ship out plants on Tuesday.

For example, if you confirmed a plant order on Wednesday, we would normally ship the upcoming Tuesday, which means you have until Thursday 9pm EST to request a modification.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

You can change both delivery and billing address on your account dashboard. Please note that we ship plants out every Tuesday. This means you have until Sunday 9pm EST, of the same week you completed your plant purchase, to modify your delivery address before we ship it on the upcoming Tuesday.

For example, if you won an auction on Friday, you have 2 full days to make the changes so that we can choose on Tuesday. If you Bought a plant on Wednesday, you have 4 days to change the address.

Can I get same day delivery?

This is only possible if you live in Thailand. It will take 3 to 5 working days for any other country.

What payment options do I have?

We use Paypal as our payment gateway. This means you can pay by using your Paypal account, as well as pay using a credit/debit card via the Paypal gateway.

Can I pay with credit/debit card?

Yes you can. Please select “Paypal” as your payment option during checkout. This will guide you to a Paypal page which will request the details of your credit/debit card. By using Paypal you get access to Buyer Protection, provided by them.

Can I transfer the payment?

This is possible though we do not recommend it, as Paypal offers Buyer Protection. However, if you wish to transfer, you can do so using www.transferwise.com or your local bank.

Note: We ship the plant when the payment has been received.

Can I return my plant?

Plants are living creatures and the fact that they got to you means they have already endured traveling. So, no. We have a strict no-return policy.

Instead, we guarantee that the plants are healthy on the day that we drop off the plants for shipment to the doorstep of the client. So far, track record shows that plants arrive to their new owners in a healthy condition.
